Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how this site works, what we are responsible for, and what sits with the booking platform or tour operator. They also cover how you may use the site, our content rights, and how changes to these terms are handled.

Chianti Wineries Tour is an independent travel guide for Chianti, Italy. We do not run Chianti Wineries, sell tickets, take payment, or hold bookings. This page explains the rules for using the site and the limits of our role.
Using this site
By using this site, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not damage the site or other users. Our content is for general travel information only. It is not an offer to sell, and it does not create a booking or contract with us.
- Do not try to interfere with the site, its code, or its security.
- Do not copy or reuse the site in a way that breaks our rights or a third party’s rights.
- Do not post or send content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful.
Bookings and third-party terms
When you click a booking link, you leave our site and book with the platform or operator shown on that page. For linked bookings, that seller is usually GetYourGuide or the experience provider behind the listing. Their own terms, policies, prices, availability, and booking rules apply to your purchase.
Your contract is with that seller, not with Chianti Wineries Tour. Any consumer rights you have against the seller stay in place and are not changed by anything on this page. Local consumer law may also apply depending on where you live.
Information on the site
We aim to keep the site accurate and useful, but travel details can change. Opening times, access rules, prices, inclusions, meeting points, and booking terms may change after we publish a page. Always check the booking page before you pay.
We are not responsible for losses caused by information that changes after publication unless the law says otherwise. If we learn that a page is wrong, we will correct it or remove it as soon as we can.
Our liability
We are responsible for the site we publish and the content we choose to show. We are not responsible for the booking seller’s service, cancellation decisions, entry rules, or how they run an experience. We also do not control third-party websites that you visit through links on our pages.
Nothing in these terms tries to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. This includes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other duty that law does not allow us to limit. Where the law allows a limit, our liability is limited to the direct loss that is caused by our own proven fault.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, and original images on this site belong to Chianti Wineries Tour unless we say otherwise. You may view pages for personal use, but you may not copy, republish, or reuse our content without permission.
- Third-party names, logos, and marks stay the property of their owners.
- We use them only to identify the booking partner, operator, or place being discussed.
- If you believe we have used your work in error, contact us and we will review it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the site, our partners, or the law. The version on this page is the current one. If the change matters to how you use the site, we will show the updated date here.
Getting in touch
If you have a question about these terms, or you think something on the page needs a correction, email info@chiantiwineriestour.com. We read messages about this site, not booking support, refunds, or changes to a live reservation.
